Since the inception, The Gentlemen’s Factory has become a critical space for connecting Black and Brown Gentlemen. Over the past 6 years, we have grown from a small group of men of color seeking to create a collaborative space for growth into a global platform for Black and Brown professionals and entrepreneurs that are invested in each other’s success. We provide our members with a safe space to maximize growth through a strong culture of collaboration, unity, and accountability.
Our members have access to a comfortable workspace & conference rooms, where they can study, work, meet with their clients, connect with fellow members and develop new strategies. Not only did we become an incubation space for creatives and entrepreneurs, but also an elite recruiting factory for employers from both the private and public sector.
Using a community of reciprocity as our theory of change, we share information, opportunity, and resources freely, culminating in millions of dollars circulated through the GF community every year. GF’s flagship intensive programming includes 1 on 1 coaching, professional development training, entrepreneurial workshops and health & wellness services. Additionally, GroomedSuccess, a M/WBE certified firm, is a division of GF that contracts with government agencies to provide mentoring, training, and career development coaching for at-risk youth in the City of New York.
